Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
We currently ship within South Africa only. Delivery timeframes are estimated as follows:
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 3–11 business days
- Regional & outlying areas: 3–11 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over R750.00. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed in our premium branded packaging — because the unboxing experience matters to us as much as the product inside.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Delays
While we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@thehiddencart.co.za. We'll investigate and resolve it promptly.
